Introduction

At Wiggle Wag Dog Daycare (“Wiggle Wag,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), we are committed to providing a safe, structured, and nurturing environment for every dog entrusted to our care. These Terms, Policies, and Privacy practices are designed to promote transparency, protect the health and safety of all pets, and ensure clarity in how we operate.

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

1. Medical Emergencies & Veterinary Care

If your dog becomes ill or injured, we will make every reasonable effort to contact you or your emergency contact before proceeding with care.
If neither can be reached in a timely manner, we reserve the right to seek emergency veterinary treatment at your expense.
You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date veterinary and contact information.
If your preferred clinic is unavailable, we may use a trusted local clinic (e.g., Dixie Pet Clinic, VCA Animal Hospitals).
Wiggle Wag is not financially responsible for treatment costs unless directly caused by proven negligence or misconduct of our staff.

2. Health Monitoring & Communication

Dogs are briefly assessed upon arrival for signs of illness, injury, or stress.
During their stay, we continuously monitor for changes in behavior or health.
Minor symptoms (e.g., limping, low energy, appetite changes) may be monitored before notifying you, unless the condition worsens.
Our goal is to keep you informed without unnecessary alarm.

3. General Health & Risk Awareness

We maintain a clean, supervised, and structured environment; however, dogs are social animals and may occasionally sustain minor injuries (e.g., scratches, sprains, sore paws).
Certain illnesses (e.g., kennel cough, stress-induced diarrhea) may not be immediately visible and can appear after departure.
Wiggle Wag is not liable for illnesses or injuries arising from natural causes, normal play, or pre-existing conditions, provided reasonable care is given.

4. Behavioral Expectations & Management

A temperament assessment (Meet & Greet) is required before admission.
Dogs showing aggression, severe reactivity, or extreme anxiety may not be accepted.
If concerning behavior occurs during care, we may isolate the dog and require early pickup.
Owners must disclose all behavioral history, including known triggers.
Wiggle Wag is not responsible for injuries caused by another dog unless negligence is proven.

5. Medications, Special Needs & Senior Dogs

We administer oral medications and basic care routines as directed.
We do not provide advanced medical care (e.g., injections, seizure monitoring).
Senior dogs or those with mobility concerns may be accepted on a case-by-case basis.
Wiggle Wag is not liable for complications due to age, fragility, or underlying health issues.

6. Owner Responsibilities

By registering with Wiggle Wag, you agree to:

Disclose all relevant medical, dietary, and behavioral information truthfully.
Provide current vaccination records, emergency contacts, and instructions.
Supply all food, medications, and necessary items for your dog’s stay.
Be reachable (or have a designated contact available) during your dog’s care.
Pick up your dog at the agreed time, or cover applicable late/boarding fees.
Cover medical or property-related expenses caused by your dog.

7. Personal Belongings

Please label all belongings. We will make reasonable efforts to return them, but Wiggle Wag is not responsible for lost, chewed, or damaged items (beds, bowls, leashes, toys).

8. Cancellations, Late Pickups & Unclaimed Dogs

Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice for refund or credit eligibility.
Late pickups may incur extra charges or result in overnight boarding.
Dogs not picked up within 48 hours, with no contact from the owner, may be reported to local animal services.

9. Media Consent

We regularly share photos and videos of dogs on our social media and promotional materials.
By using our services, you consent to this unless you notify us in writing that your dog should not be featured.

10. Limitation of Liability

Wiggle Wag is not liable for:

Injuries sustained during supervised play.
Medical issues linked to pre-existing conditions or natural aging.
Behavioral or emotional changes (e.g., separation anxiety, appetite loss).
Damage or loss of personal items.
Costs/damages unless directly caused by proven negligence or misconduct.

Privacy & Data Use

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data.

Information We Collect

When you complete a registration form, lead form, or inquiry, we collect your name, email, phone number, and any service-related details you provide.

How We Use It

To respond to inquiries, confirm bookings, provide updates, and deliver services.
To send occasional updates or promotions (with your consent).

Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell your data.
We may share limited data with trusted providers (e.g., Zoho CRM, payment processors) solely to operate our services.

Retention & Deletion

Data is retained for 12 months unless longer retention is legally required.
You may request deletion or correction anytime by emailing: wigglewagdaycare@gmail.com.

Your Rights

You may access, correct, or request deletion of your data at any time.
We will respond within 7 business days.

Cookies & Tracking

Our website may use cookies and tools (e.g., Google Ads, Analytics) to improve experience and measure performance.

Security

We take reasonable safeguards to protect data from unauthorized access.

Agreement Acknowledgment

By using Wiggle Wag services, you confirm that:

You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, Policies & Privacy practices.
You accept responsibility for your dog’s behavior, health, and care needs.
You release Wiggle Wag from liability for risks inherent in dog daycare, boarding, and grooming services.
